- • Access may be revoked where required for fraud prevention, chargebacks, refunds, or misuse investigations
First-class satisfaction guarantee (live programme products):
- • If you are not satisfied after your first live programme class, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked, provided you have not attended any subsequent live programme classes
- • Once you attend a second or later live programme class, this guarantee no longer applies and the purchase is non-refundable under this policy

- • Please include your name and the programme or cohort you purchased in your request
- • We will process eligible refund requests within 24 hours of receipt

Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. By purchasing a product, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
Unless otherwise required by law, one-time digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the service has started. Eligible live programme purchases are subject to the first-class satisfaction guarantee described above.
